Designed to provide a optimal crossover between hunter and tactical. Featuring a large range aiming circle at the center which stands out at 2x magnification for close range hunting or fast tactical engagements. Heavy horizontal stadia bars to the right and left help bracket the target into the aiming circle , measuring 18 inches in diameter at 200 yards. This aids in basic range estimation for open country while simultaneosly providing fast and easy holds for closer engagements. The HTR hold-over tree is minimally sized , so it essentially disappears at lower magnification yet remains higly visible for elevation and wind magnifications. The lower grid dot and the circle design supports accurate holdovers and fast shot correction information , making precise holds easy at 10x magnification without being overly busy or covering too much of the target area. Paired with the -2.0Mil turret feature it gives the user the ability to quickly employ a speed drop method. The HTR also offers illumination in key areas. The user can choose between red and green illumination.
